One Foundation

One Foundation is an International Commonweal Organization found by Jet Li, which spread China (HK included), America, Singapore and so on. They cooperated with China Red Cross to launch “China Red Cross Society of Jet Li One Foundation Project” on December 8, 2006, which started operating in Beijing on April 19, 2007. The project works independently to pursue its charitable mission and agenda.

E mbodying the Red Cross' spirit of humanity and philanthropy, the project believes that in helping others we will also find our own happiness . The goals of the project are to provide—to the best of our ability—prompt and efficient relief to victims of natural disasters, as well as to help youth coping with mental health issues.

One Foundation operates under international best practice standards of accountability, transparency, and responsibility to ensure that donations made will reach those in need. Global Big Four accounting firm Deloitte is supporting the foundation by providing independent audits of the foundation's financial records. In addition, we have received the long-term support of a global top-tier management and strategic consulting firm. The foundation issues quarterly updates and annual reports to the public.

There is only ONE Earth. Each of us has only ONE life. We share the planet, and that makes us ONE global family. By helping others, we are also helping ourselves. Together we can overcome any challenge or difficulty.

Race Information

The One Foundation Charity Saloon Car Race is organized by Shanghai Automobile and Motor Sports Association (SAMSA), Shanghai International Circuit Management and Development Co., Ltd.(SIC), Formula Racing Development Co., Ltd (FRD) and One Foundation Project, which has been held 3 years in a row. In 2010, FRD will bring the One Foundation Charity Race to Shanghai, the city which is holding the EXPO this year. The purpose of this race is to attract the society's attention towards charities by inviting stars and well-known public figures to participate in motorsports.
