FRD has announced that the Asian GT series (AGT) will be expanded to five races in 2007. Four of the races will be held in China and one in Sepang, Malaysia. Based on the requirement and feedback from the teams and drivers, the series regulation will be adjusted in order to accommodate everyone as much as possible and make the series more exciting.

Also, Michelin Tires has signed up to become the official tire supplier of the series. With its superb product performance, dedication to motor sports and professional approach, it is sure the teams and drivers will enjoy a trouble free season of competition using the Michelin products comparing to previous years.
