July 13, 2008, the special organized event—Asian GT 360 was started in Zhuhai International Circuit in the rain. Due to the unfavorable weather, safety car led the first lap. The real competition started after the safety car left.

The race was devided into 2 groups—360 and 360 OPEN. The first round started at 12:20 p.m. Frank Yu from IMSS won the 1 st place in 360 OPEN group, while Kenneth Ma (Galaxy FRD Racing Team) captured 2 nd and Eric Cheung (IMSS) finished 3 rd . The race was a fierce and fiery one, which could simply tell from the result – top3 drivers finished within a 0.1 sec difference. 3 drivers from IMSS, Sam Lai, Andrew Luk and Simon Wong won 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd respectively in 360 group. Drivers riched an agreement that safety definitely should come first. Frank Yu said after the race” Many things could affect drivers on track, the rain, for instance. By the time we entered the 9 th lap, it was raining even harder and there was too much water on the track, which made it hard to get a clear view. Fortunately, all vehicles finished safely.” After the race Kenneth Ma(78#), the runner-up, indicated that it was much fun to race with those drivers, they know how to enjoy it on the track.

The 2 nd round started at 3:00 p.m. The rain stopped and made it easier for AGT 360 drivers to enjoy it fully. Kenneth Ma started off very well, he over took pole sitter Frank Yu and established the lead. Eric Cheung, on the other hand, did a well start also. After 10 laps, the result came out as Kenneth Ma from Galaxy FRD Racing Team won the champion in 360 OPEN group, while Eric Cheung and Frank Yu captured 2 nd and 3 rd respectively. The top 3 in 360 group were Andrew Luk, Sam Lai and David Wong. Kenneth Ma, the champion of 2 nd round, said after the race “ The weather was much better in the afternoon, we were able to get a better view of track. I started well. Eric Cheung put much pressure on me by approaching closer. Good thing is I didn't make big mistake. I'm happy with the result.”

No. 8 car didn't make it to the 2 nd round due to gear box problem. The Dutch driver Melory said he was glad to be here and it was a pity that he couldn't make to the 2 nd round. Races like AGT 360 are fun to go, drivers all had a good time.
