The students were mainly from Hong Kong and Shen Zhen. Most had some formula experience, which made it easier for them to control the powerful FR2.0 race cars. FRD prepared eight vehicles and scheduled a proper course for the students. The students acquired basic skills in straight line braking and cornering during day one, and in day two, they consolidated their cornering skills by going to every turn on the ZIC track for corner explanation and demonstrations from instructors, followed by student practice and instructor critique. During the 2-day course, the students improved their knowledge and confidence with high-powered vehicles like the FR2.0, and had a good time enjoying the FR2.0's high speed. The students were encouraged to finish the entire lap when doing corner exercises¡ªmore lapping meant less waiting, which was definitely a good way for the students to progress. The students all indicated that they had a good time and their formula skills were further enhanced. The grand finale of each of FRD's Racing Schools is a time trial, where students can put study into practice.
