Ginetta, from Great Britain, has been building small sports cars ever since its establishment. It has been very passionate about racing and has transferred all the technologies it developed on the race track to its vehicles. Ginetta was formed in 1958 by the four Walklett brothers in Suffolk, England. The first G2 sports car used mostly Ford developed technologies. Only 100 were manufactured. After that all Ginetta built cars start with the prefix G. Ginettas have won numerous races at home and abroad, consolidating its reputation as a sports car manufacturer.
Ginetta's participation in the ET-China Asian GT Masters with its G50 sports car, allows it to show off its lightweight and powerful characteristics. The car only weighs 500kg but with 300hp, it is going to give the Porsches and Ferraris a run for their money. Which sports car will triumph at the end? The race has not only attracted newcomers such as Ku Yu-Lung and Lai Man-Ho, but veterans such as Paul Poon, who has won numerous races in the HKTCC, CCC and Macau Grand Prix, and Samson Fung.
