Ford Formula Campus championship (FFC) had its 2 nd round at 1:20 Sunday afternoon. Diana Rosario from Kumho Tire racing team managed to lead to championship this weekend and she was again the winner of FFC Round 2. Eric Kwong was the 2 nd passed the finish line and Filipe Souza was 3 rd . Due to overtaking under yellow flag, Eric Kwong took a 30 seconds penalty and moved down to 5 th . In the end, Filipe Souza and Law Wai Lung were 2 nd and 3 rd , respectively.

The weather was cloudy, 31 degrees. Due to Saturday race: Diana Rosario was again starting from pole position with Filipe Souza started right beside her on first row. Eric Kwong and Daniel Amante Gomes started from 2 nd row. The female driver Diana Rosario got off to a good start and led the race. Daniel Amante Gomes started very well yet moved down to 5 th due to some small mistake. Rich Pham managed to overtake 2 cars in lap 1. In lap 2, Sunny Wong's car ran off the track and retired from the race. Erik Kwong and Filipe Souza put up a good fight and they became the focus of the race. In lap 6, a car spun at T1 and yellow flag was shown. Eric Kwong managed to overtake Souza in lap 6 under yellow flag and he took a 30 second penalty. Law Wai Lung, the well known driver from Hong Kong Touring Car Championship, managed to move up gradually from 7 th to 4 th . Kwong set the best lap of this round (1:12.137) and he was 5 th . In the end, Rosario was the winner of this round and her time was 18:15.826. Souza and Law Wai Lung were 2 nd and 3 rd , respectively.

The 2 nd race of FFC will travel to Shanghai International Circuit with C1 racing weekend on 22 nd & 23 rd , August with promised excitement.
