The China Touring Car Championship (CTCC)'s finale was held at the newly-founded Guangdong International Circuit (GIC) on December 6 th , when Changan Ford Racing team clinched the 2000cc team championship and Rainey He, lead driver for the team, grabbed driver runner-up. Many different individuals and parties contributed to the team's success in 2009.

Changan Ford Racing's technical team showed impressive working efficiency during the season. The team's engineers and mechanics are experienced experts from their own fields and helped the outfit weather the storm many times. The technical team also played a very important role on the road to glory.
