Superstar Jet Li will be leading a group of artists and major sponsors to perform a Palm Printing Ceremony in the commercial area in Shanghai International Circuit as the opening act of the 2010 C1 Challenge Show at noon, Aug.15th.

This Palm Printing Act is to symbolize the support of the artists and Yokohama, Renault China as well as BALCO watch towards the activities of Mr. Jet Li and One Foundation. We are very grateful that this ceremony received so much support from our sponsors.

Special appreciation goes to Yokohama Tires who is supporting this year’s C1 Challenge Show and specifically this opening act. Yokohama products will also be presented in the commercial area during the day.

Renault China’s support for this opening act includes supplying a fleet of Renault KLOLEOS SUV to be used for the artists’ use during the day. At the end of the ceremony, this fleet will be exhibited in the commercial area allowing the general public to appreciate one of the top selling imports light SUV’s currently available in China.

Sunday will also mark the first day of a new credit card introduced by Shanghai branch of the China Merchants Bank. The card is titled the "One Foundation" Charity Credit Card. Background information;

C1 is organized by Shanghai Automobile and Motor Sports Association (SAMSA), Shanghai International Circuit Management and Development Co., Ltd. (SIC), and Formula Racing Development Co., Ltd (FRD).

One of the main race of the C1 is the annual Celebrity Race and 2010 marks the third years in a row that FRD is cooperating with Mr. Jet Li and One Foundation to support this race.

Renault China has pledged its full support for this charitable event and will be supplying a fleet of KOLEOS SUV for artists' reception and a fleet of Megane CC for the artist Parade. Besides, other companies that are joining hand with Renault China in this meaningful project are; Changan Ford, Dunlop Tires, BALCO watch, Baleno, Tian Wang watch, and Radisson Hotel etc.
