Since FRD established in 1997, we has started to hold training course for the people who has interested in racing car mainly in Zhuhai International Circuit (ZIC). Since the increased cooperation established with Shanghai International Circuit (SIC) in early 2010, FRD has started to hold regular training sessions in this International famous circuit and the most recent one was just completed September 6th for a group of local racing enthusiasts.

To reinforce the belief that a training course should not be wasting too much time in a class room, FRD continued this direction by scheduling more track times for this group of trainees. In addition, FRD instructors added in more elements to this two-day course by providing the trainees to drive different vehicles on top of the standard Ford Formula Campus vehicle. The trainees were first introduced to the sessions by driving the Ford Focus and then were given the opportunity to drive the Ferrari 360 Challenge towards the end of the sessions.

After the two days training, most of the trainees indicated that this course has helped them immensely to understand formula racing and they will come back again to polish their skill and may be participate in some races in the future.

FRD offers various levels of programs and race cars that could be matched to the driver's requirement. You may start to get familiar with the track and the basic skill in a Ford Focus racing car, then have a first taste of formula vehicle in FRD's Ford Formula Campus, and then try to conquer a Ferrari 360 Challenge when you are ready.
